Same this ***** I’m going to lodge a complaint. Called me about the singlife insurance. Explained about the upgrade and right away telling me to meet up with an agent to do the upgrade without asking

Caller claims to be from singlife insurance and demanded me to upgrade my cpf medishield policy. I questioned back if purpose is informing or ordering me, she answered rudely and hanged up on me.
