Terms of use
Last updated 15 October 2026
WhoCalledSG is a free community site. By using it, you agree to these terms. They’re short, so please read them.
Using the site
WhoCalledSG is free for anyone who wants to check a Singapore number or warn others about one.
Use it for what it’s for: checking numbers and sharing what happened on a call. Don’t copy the site in bulk or look up numbers automatically. We may limit or block any use that harms the site or its visitors.
What you post
Tags and comments are your own views, and you are responsible for them.
Keep it about the call. Don’t post reports you know are false or misleading. Don’t pretend to be someone else, harass anyone, post spam, or share personal details that aren’t needed.
You keep ownership of what you post. You give us free, non-exclusive permission to show and share it to run and promote the site.
What we can do
We can hide or remove any tag or comment, reset a number’s tags, or restrict access, without notice.
Anyone can ask us to review a report about their number through the Contact page. We look at each request on its own, and removal isn’t automatic.
No guarantees
Reports may be wrong, incomplete, out of date or disputed. They don’t prove that a number is safe, a scam or genuine. Always check a caller yourself before you share anything sensitive.
“Verified business” means we checked evidence linking the business to the number at that time. It isn’t an endorsement, and it doesn’t mean every call from that number is genuine.
The site is free and provided as it is. We aren’t responsible for decisions you make or losses you suffer based on what you read here, except where the law doesn’t allow us to limit that.
Ads and links
External websites and ads are run by third parties. We don’t control them.
Changes
We may change these terms. Changes apply from the date at the top.
These terms are governed by Singapore law.
