Privacy

Last updated 15 October 2026

WhoCalledSG has no accounts and never asks for your name to search, tag or comment. This page explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

Numbers you search. Each search is recorded with your visitor ID, your IP address and the time. We use this to count searches, show trending numbers and stop abuse.

Tags, comments and votes you post. Tags and comments are public.

A random visitor ID, kept in a cookie and in your browser’s storage, so you can change or undo your own tags. It doesn’t contain your name, but it links what you do from the same browser.

Basic technical details, such as your IP address and browser type, to keep the site working and protect it from spam and abuse.

What you send us, such as contact messages, or the name, email and proof you include in a dispute or claim.

Kept only on your device

Recent searches stay in your browser, not on our servers. Clearing your browser data removes them.

Who helps us run the site

Service providers host the site and help us with security, spam protection, visitor statistics, email and storage. They handle information for us and only get what they need.

Advertising: Google shows ads here under its own policies. Google and its partners may use cookies to choose ads based on your visits to this and other sites. You can turn off personalised ads in Google’s ad settings, and read how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

How long we keep it

As long as we need it to run the site and protect it from abuse. How long depends on the kind of information.

Comments are public

Please don’t post personal or confidential details. We may hide or remove them when we find them or someone tells us.

Your choices

Ask what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it.

Ask us to review a report or comment about your number.

Clearing your browser data removes your recent searches and visitor ID from that browser, but not what we or Google already hold.

To ask us anything about your information, use the Contact page.

Changes to this page

If we change this page, we update the date at the top.
